I primarily see clients through telehealth nutrition consultations; however,  I can see you in my home office upon request.

Welcome!   It is often said that there is little in life more important than one’s health (physical, mental and spiritual)!  Many of our lives are driven by the fast paced world of technology and there seems to be more and more demands on our time instead of less.   The time we take for sleep, planning meals and snacks, mindful eating and engaging in physical activity is taking back stage as the risk for diabetes, obesity and nutrition related disease increases.

My goal is to facilitate positive lifestyle change resulting in gradually improving self-awareness, eating habits and overall health and wellness.  As the Buddhist Proverb says, “When the student is ready the teacher will appear.” I would love to be your teacher, the nutrition coach/ registered dietitian nutritionist, who can guide you through all of the information that is out in the literature and in the media.  I enjoy empowering my clients to understand how simple changes can make a great difference in how one feels and in their health and the health of their loved ones.  Most people don’t make changes in their life based on what they know it’s usually based on how they feel.  If you feel ready and motivated to make your health a priority find out how I can support you in your journey!!
